The Treover Condominium Association’s clubhouse Renovation project consists of renovating their existing management and maintenance office building and a new addition. The existing building, which is approximately 687 square feet, will undergo a complete renovation that includes the installation of new roof trusses and roofing, removal of interior walls and materials, and refinishing of the exterior stucco. The addition is a total of 1941 sf. The addition will include a central entertainment space that has a vaulted, higher ceiling towards the front with clerestory windows in the rear of this higher space. This center space will give a standing seam metal roof with matching fascia. The rest of the addition will have a low-sloped TPO membrane roof. The siding on the addition consists of a veneer masonry block to match the existing block within the community and Hardi panels with a fry Reglet reveal system. The center has a bar area with an adjoining storage room off the side. The addition includes a gym with attached storage and mechanical spaces on the far-left side. The left side also has two full restrooms, and the rear of the addition features a wooden deck. RESIDENTIAL
