Spring Mill Condominium

Spring Mill Condominium, located on Groffs Mill Drive in Owings Mills New Town, is just blocks away from New Town Village Shopping Center and next to a Baltimore County Forest Preserve. The community has seen significant improvements over the years, thanks to the work done by Architectural Support Group, LLC (ASG). ASG has managed multiple capital improvement projects for Spring Mill, including roof replacement, siding replacement, window replacement with the development of an architectural standard, and balcony restoration. These projects are part of ongoing efforts to keep the condominiums in top condition for its residents. ASG is currently working on a siding replacement project for additional buildings at Spring Mill, with plans to extend this to all eight buildings. This work includes drafting bid documents and project specifications, creating a Request for Proposal (RFP) for contractors, and overseeing the construction work. The project aims to replace old cedar siding with new vinyl siding, upgrade soffits and fascias, and implement various other improvements. These initiatives underscore ASG’s commitment to not only maintaining but also enhancing the quality and aesthetic appeal of Spring Mill Condominiums, ensuring a desirable living environment for its current and future residents.
