LESS / CLIFTON HUNT RESIDENCE

This client in Clifton wanted to add a first-floor sunroom and an additional bedroom in the basement level. The desire to save and protect the existing dogwood tree led to the creation of a unique walkway that connects the new spaces to the existing deck. The project was constructed by Bob Martinesko at Jaeger Construction.

Work was completed while associated with Williams Design Group.
