Elvaton Towne Condominium

Elvaton Towne Condominium Regime II is a residential community located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, composed of 352 townhomes. The community, established around 1976, exhibits a unique charm with each home featuring durable aluminum siding and an attractive brick facade. ASG has taken an active role in executing a comprehensive roof replacement program for the community, with a plan to replace two courts annually.
