610 Broadway was conceived as a contemporary alternative to the classic cast iron buildings in Manhattan’s SoHo district. It is a six-story project, which includes retail space at street level and office space above a three level parking garage. The building’s corner lot location and glass curtainwall facade allow natural light deep into the 10,000 SF loft sized floor-plates. The basic mass of the structure was designed to respond to it’s corner site by curving gently along Houston Street towards Broadway.
