Deerfield Condominium, located in Pasadena, Maryland solicited bids through its Architect, Architectural Support Group, LLC (ASG), for the Exterior Facade Program at Deerfield 1 Condominium. ASG has managed the Exterior Facade Program for Deerfield 1 Condominium, including specific repair project for the exterior of the five buildings that make up the community. The repair projects include the removal of existing shutters, half-round trim detailing, and siding; removal of a half-round window above entry and infill; installation of new exterior insulation and waterproofing membrane; replacement of entry doors, installation of new Hardi-panel siding with Fry Reglet reveal system or equal, unit window and door replacement options, installation of new vented soffits, and replacement of front entry canopy posts. Furthermore, including additional work for pricing considerations, such as painting exterior masonry, underscores the comprehensive nature of the renovation initiative.
